McGill's Method Assessment (2-3h) + Private Yoga practice

(2-3h) A thorough low back pain assessment + Private Yoga session.
For all those yogis experiencing low back pain in different yoga asanas, I will create a yoga practice that will meet your body tolerances based on assessment findings.
If you have low back pain in a forward bend, then we will avoid all flexion of the spine in the practice. If your pain trigger is in the extension of the spine, then your yoga practice won't have any backbends. I can offer individualised plans for all yoga styles to suit your body's needs.
